Where does Dream Radius run?
On your own server. Each installation is a self-contained Docker stack — panel, API, PostgreSQL, Redis and FreeRADIUS — deployed on hardware or a VPS you control. Your subscriber data never lives on our infrastructure.
Can I migrate from my current billing panel?
Yes. Customers and packages import in bulk, keeping usernames, passwords and expiry dates intact, so subscribers reconnect without noticing the switch. Tell us what you're migrating from and we'll walk the path with you.
What does the trial include?
The complete platform — every module, all six reseller tiers, real FreeRADIUS — on your own server with a trial license. It's the same software paying customers run, not a demo build.
What do I need to start a trial?
A Linux server or VPS you control. If you don't have one yet, say so on the trial form and we'll advise specs for your subscriber count before you spend anything.
What happens when the trial ends?
The installation and every byte of data stay on your server. Continuing is a license change, not a migration — and if you walk away, there's nothing to cancel and nothing held hostage.
